We will promote your apartment on our own site and via our partners. Afterwards, we will sign the contract with the tenant, receive and perform an inventory of the goods from the apartment. We monthly cash in the rent and payment of utilities on your behalf, periodically check the property and provide urgent intervention if necessary. At your request, we annually remodel the apartment and prepare it for a new tenant.
