Investment fund Benevo Capital acquired 64 apartments in Cosmopolis residential project

The investments fund Benevo Capital acquired 64 apartments in Cosmopolis residential project, located in Stefanestii de Jos and is negotiating taking over a portfolio of 400 apartments in several residential project in Bucharest.

The investor that is developing a shopping center in Bucurestii Noi, in partnership with NEPI and CD Capital, has the intention to acquire aproximatively 1000 apartments in the next two years, after the acquisition of the 64 units in Cosmopolis.
